Because our cookies are baked fresh to order, all sales are generally final.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before ingredients have been purchased or baking has begun.

Once preparation or baking has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Issues

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion for orders that are incorrect, damaged, or do not meet our quality standards.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Failure to pick up an order at the agreed time

  • Product preferences related to taste or texture
