Are your cookies made from scratch?
Yes! Every cookie is made from scratch in small batches using quality ingredients and time-tested resipes. We believe the best cookies are simple, homemade and baked with care.
Where are you located?
We are based in Torrance, California and proudly serve the South Bay and surrounding communities.
How do I place an order?
Order directly through our "Shop" page! You can also submit an inquiry through our "Contact Us" page, send us a direct message on Instagram, or email us directly. We'll be happy to discuss availability, flavors, and pickup arrangements.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 3-7 days in advance whenever possible. Larger orders and holiday orders may require additional notice.
How should I store my cookies?
For the best taste and texture, store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Because our cookies are homemade, they are best enjoyed within 1-3 days for optimal freshness and quality.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Many of our cookies contain common allergens such as wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and/or tree nuts.
Do you offer nut-free cookies?
While some flavors may not contain nuts as ingredients, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes may not be possible once baking has begun.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All shipments will be processed within 1-5 business days. Currently, we only offer shipping within California to ensure the freshness of our cookies. If you're in Torrance, CA, your delivery will also arrive to your doorstep within the same timeframe.
